Do you wish you could find your way “home” in the middle of conflict?

Using the Wizard of Oz story as a metaphor, you will be introduced to conflict resolution skills based on compassionate “Nonviolent Communication” or NVC (Rosenberg 1999, 2015). You will learn practical strategies for bringing choice, honesty, empathy, and self-care into moments of tension and frustration. In these sessions, we will explore core concepts, possible applications, and apply the NVC process to real-life scenarios. Our focus throughout this workshop will be on effective self-empathy as a foundation for effective communication, conflict resolution, and client support.
